CORE FEATURES
Room Manager
See the cleaning status of every room at a glance and update it with a single click.
The Room Manager is your real-time dashboard for housekeeping. It shows you every room in your property, what state it's in, and lets you update its status with just one click.
Where to find it
Go to Room Manager in the sidebar (under Management). You'll see a summary at the top and a grid of all your rooms below.
The status summary
Five cards at the top tell you exactly where things stand:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| ✨ Clean | Room is ready for the next guest. |
| 🛏️ Dirty | Room has been vacated and needs cleaning. |
| 🔄 Cleaning | Someone is working on this room right now. |
| 🔧 Maintenance | Room is under repair — can't be booked. |
| 👥 Occupied | A guest is currently staying in this room. |
How to update a room
Here's the best part — it's just one click:
- Find the room in the grid.
- Click the room card.
- The status cycles to the next step: Clean → Dirty → Cleaning → Out of Service → Clean.
No forms, no dropdowns. Just click and go.
A typical day with the Room Manager
Here's how most hotels use it:
- Morning — Look at which rooms are marked "Dirty" from last night's check-outs.
- Send housekeeping — Click those rooms to change them to "Cleaning" as your team starts working.
- Rooms done — Click again to mark them "Clean" once the housekeeper finishes.
- Before check-ins — Double-check that all arriving guests' rooms show "Clean".
[!IMPORTANT] Rooms marked Dirty or Maintenance can't be booked, so updating these quickly keeps your available inventory accurate.
No rooms showing up?
If the grid is empty, it means you haven't added any rooms yet. Head over to Properties to create your categories and add some rooms first.
