AI Guest Assistant

Let Sevoria's AI answer guest questions, check room availability, and even create bookings for you automatically.

Sevoria comes with a smart AI assistant that can talk to your guests, answer their questions about your rooms, and even make bookings on their behalf — all without your team lifting a finger.

The best part? It doesn't just work on your website. You can connect the AI assistant to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and any other channel where your guests reach out. That means wherever someone messages you asking about rooms, the AI can handle it — checking availability, sharing prices, and collecting bookings automatically across all your platforms.

Turning it on

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar (you'll need to be the Owner).
  2. Click the AI Guest Assistant tab.
  3. Flip the switch to ON.

That's it! The AI is now ready to interact with your guests.

What the AI can do

The assistant has four superpowers:

Check room availability

A guest asks: "Do you have any rooms available this weekend?"

The AI checks your actual inventory in real-time and replies with what's free — including room names, prices, and amenities.

Share room details

A guest asks: "What's included in the Executive Suite?"

The AI pulls up the category info and shares the price, room type, and full list of amenities.

Create a booking

If a guest wants to book, the AI collects their name, phone number, dates, and preferred room — then creates the booking directly in your system. No manual entry needed.

Cancel a booking

Guests can also cancel through the AI by providing their name and phone number for verification.

How it knows about your rooms

The AI reads your categories — their names, prices, types, and amenities. This is what it uses to answer guest questions. So the more detailed your category info is, the better the AI can help.

[!TIP] Spend a few minutes making your amenity lists specific. Instead of just "WiFi", try "Free High-Speed WiFi". Instead of "TV", use "50-inch Smart TV with Netflix". The AI passes these details directly to guests, so make them count!

Who controls the AI?

Only the Owner can turn the AI on or off. Managers and Receptionists can't access these settings.
