Customer Profiles

Keep track of your guests with a simple, searchable database of names, contacts, and booking history.

Every guest who books a stay gets saved in your Customers list. This makes it easy to look up returning guests, find their contact details, and see their booking history.

Viewing your customers

Click Customers in the sidebar (under Operations). You'll see a table of all your guests.

Adding a new customer

  1. Click the "Add Customer" button.
  2. Fill in their details:
    • Name — Their full name.
    • Phone — A contact number (this is required).
    • Email — Optional, but handy for follow-ups.
  3. Click "Create Customer".

[!TIP] You don't always have to add customers separately — when you create a new booking, you can add a new guest right from the booking form.

Finding a guest quickly

Use the search bar at the top of the page. Start typing a name and the list filters instantly. Really helpful when you have hundreds of guests and need to find someone fast.

Guest types

Sevoria organizes customers into three types:

RegularThe default for all new guests.
VIPYour premium guests who get special treatment.
CorporateGuests booking under a company or business.

What's connected to each customer

Every customer profile is automatically linked to all their bookings, so you can:

  • See how many times they've stayed with you.
  • Check their past visit dates and which rooms they had.
  • Get a sense of repeat visitors vs. first-timers.

Who can manage customers?

  • Owners and Managers — Full access to create, edit, and view.
  • Receptionists — Can view customers and add new ones during bookings.

[!TIP] Try to collect an email address for every guest during check-in. It's a small step that opens up a lot of possibilities for future communication.
