Managing Images

A picture is worth a thousand words — especially when it comes to hotel rooms. In Sevoria, images are attached to categories, so all rooms in the same category share the same photo gallery.

How to upload images

You add images when creating or editing a category:

1. Go to Properties and click the Categories tab.
2. Click "Add Category" (or edit an existing one).
3. In the images section, either drag and drop your photos or click to browse your files.
4. You can add multiple images at once to create a gallery.
5. Save the category.

What makes a good image?

• Use real photos — Actual photos of your rooms are much better than stock images.
• Show different angles — Bed, bathroom, view from the window, seating area.
• Good lighting — Well-lit rooms look more inviting.
• Keep it current — Update your photos after renovations or new furniture.

[!TIP] The first image you upload becomes the thumbnail, so lead with your best shot.

Removing an image

To take out a photo you don't want anymore:

1. Edit the category.
2. Hover over the image.
3. Click the remove button that appears.
4. Save your changes.

Quick tips

• JPEG, PNG, and WebP files all work.
• Try to keep images under 5MB so pages load quickly.
• At least 800×600 pixels is recommended for clear display.
